Courses

I create courses that emerge from my own experience – courses I wish had existed when I needed them most!

As a therapist, I know how valuable deep reflection can be, but also how hard it can be to carve out the time and space. Joining a course can give the structure, support and commitment we sometimes need to stop feeling like 'life is living us' rather than the other way around.

My courses offer structured support for reflection and change, whether you're reassessing your whole life or developing your therapeutic practice.

The Holistic Life Review

Are you ready to reclaim the rest of your life?

This online interactive course offers the opportunity to step back and reflect deeply: What really matters to you? What's working and what's not? Where are you stuck? How can you move towards more joy and satisfaction?

Over four weeks, you'll come together with others to address these questions, developing skills and insights through simple yet powerful exercises. You'll explore possibilities for personal change while increasing your sense of clarity, purpose, and aliveness. The group format allows for rich shared learning and the powerful recognition that you're not alone in your challenges. Knowing we share similar struggles in the search for meaning is deeply nourishing.

The course pulls together some of my favourite aspects of working as a therapist and coach: encouraging people to strive for their best experiences in life, not just 'good enough'. I’ve drawn on a range of influences, including Gestalt therapy, body psychotherapies - particularly Pesso Boyden Method (PBSP), Tantra, Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as coaching and life design principles.

Course structure:

The course runs over four weekly three-hour sessions on Zoom:

Week One:

Reflecting

Where are you now and how do you feel about it?

Week Two:

Developing Skills of Atunement and Assessing

How to better discern what you do and don't want.

Week Three:

Deepening Skills and Visioning

Where next, and what's in the way?

Week Four:

Planning and Reviewing

Overcoming obstacles and moving forward.

The Holistic Life review is for anyone, from any walk of life, at any stage of life! It is particularly valuable for those in transition, who are questioning or feeling stuck – or for anyone who would simply value taking time to take stock. It is priced to be accessible to everyone.

Claire was a really brilliant leader and facilitator, and held the group and individuals incredibly well. This generated a strong sense of possibility and of safety, and struck me as quite remarkable. I found it immensely generative.

I gained invaluable clarity about what truly matters to me in life and discovered newfound momentum towards aligning my actions with my values and aspirations.

Today is publication day for my book, and I want to thank you for helping it into the world. Those sessions really helped clarify my ideas and focus my attention, as well as coming to terms again with myself and being able to write what I wanted to write. I'm very grateful.

I just wanted to thank you again for the fabulous course. In deciding to join, I had a few misgivings about meeting online, but it worked well and I am so pleased I followed my instincts and said yes!

The Holistic Life Review course was a truly enriching experience that surpassed my expectations on many levels. The weekly sessions quickly became the highlight of my week.
